What platforms does VidaStack support?
VidaStack is available on iOS devices including iPhone and iPad. We're working on bringing the app to additional platforms in the future.

How do I create an account?
You can create an account directly within the VidaStack app. Simply download the app from the App Store, open it, and follow the sign-up prompts. You can sign up through Apple or Google Sign-In.
Is my data secure?
Yes, we take your privacy and data security very seriously. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We follow industry best practices for data protection and comply with GDPR and other relevant privacy regulations. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the app settings under "Account Management." Alternatively, you can contact us at [email protected] to request account deletion. Please note that this action is permanent and will delete all your data.

How do I add supplements to my stack?
Adding supplements is easy! Go the settings and tap the "Edit stack" option, search for your supplement by name, and add it to your stack.
How do reminders work?
VidaStack sends you push notifications at the times you specify for each supplement. You can customize reminder times in the settings.
What are evidence-based insights?
Our evidence-based insights provide you with scientifically-backed information about your supplements, including potential interactions, optimal timing, and research-supported benefits. This helps you make informed decisions about your supplement routine.
Subscription & Billing
How do I subscribe to premium?
You can subscribe to premium directly within the app during onboarding. Choose your preferred plan (monthly or annual) and complete the purchase through the App Store.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. To cancel, go to your iPhone Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > VidaStack, and select "Cancel Subscription." You'll retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Refund requests are handled by Apple through the App Store. You can request a refund by visiting reportaproblem.apple.com. If you have any questions about refunds, please contact us at [email protected].
Troubleshooting
The app is crashing or not working properly
First, try force-closing the app and reopening it. If the issue persists, try restarting your device. Make sure you have the latest version of VidaStack installed from the App Store. If problems continue, please contact us at [email protected] with details about the issue.
I'm not receiving reminder notifications
Check that you've enabled notifications for VidaStack in your iPhone Settings > Notifications > VidaStack. Also ensure that Do Not Disturb mode is not blocking notifications. If you've recently changed your notification settings, try restarting the app.
My data isn't syncing
Make sure you're connected to the internet and logged into your account. Try logging out and back in to force a sync. If the issue persists, contact our support team.
